TERMS & CONDITIONS – TAXI SERVICES

 

1. Agreement Overview: These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between FM-VIP Dienstleistungen GmbH (referred to as “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the passenger (referred to as “Passenger,” “you,” or “your”) utilizing our taxi services. By booking and using our taxi services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.

2. Booking and Payment: 2.1. Reservations can be made through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service. 2.2. Fare estimates are provided before booking and are subject to change based on factors such as route changes, waiting times, and additional services requested. 2.3. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash. 2.4. Payment must be made at the end of the ride unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

3. Cancellation and No-Show: 3.1. Cancellations are allowed up to 24 Hours before the scheduled pickup time without incurring a cancellation fee. 3.2. For cancellations made less than 24 Hours before the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee may apply. 3.3. Passengers who do not show up for their scheduled pickup without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee.

4. Passenger Conduct: 4.1. Passengers are expected to treat the driver, vehicle, and other passengers with respect and courtesy. 4.2. No smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances are allowed inside the vehicle. 4.3. Any deliberate damage to the vehicle or property will result in the passenger being held liable for repair costs.

5. Vehicle and Service: 5.1. The Company will provide a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and luggage specified during booking. 5.2. The Company reserves the right to substitute the reserved vehicle with an alternative of similar capacity due to unforeseen circumstances. 5.3. The Company will strive to provide a timely and safe service, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Liability and Insurance: 6.1. The Company carries appropriate insurance coverage for passengers and third-party liability as required by law. 6.2. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The Company is not liable for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

7. Complaints and Feedback: 7.1. Any complaints or feedback regarding our services should be communicated to our customer service within a reasonable time frame. 7.2. The Company will investigate complaints and take appropriate actions to address issues.

8. Privacy and Data Protection: 8.1. The Company will handle passenger information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. 8.2. Passenger information will only be used for the purpose of providing the taxi service and related communication.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Country/State]. 9.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, Country].
