Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded and LollicupStore is not responsible for any Shipping & Handling fees incurred when returning items. HISTORY: Lollicup USA was founded in 2000 when Alan Yu and Marvin Cheng opened the first Lollicup tea cafe in San Gabriel, CA.
