Please note the photos. I’m unsure what this was meant for, my best guess was a printer’s block but I could be wrong. I believe the date is either 1966 or 1956. The characters I believe are from Blondie, Beetle Bailey, and maybe Wimpy from Popeye and another unidentified character. There are some chips on the edges of the quartz stone, and a drilled hole on one end. The measurements are 1″ x 3.5″. Thank you. 🙂
