This up to 2Mil bag is measured by interior measurements and the 24" Length is measured from the top down. Anything packaged inside the bag is three dimensional, so the third measurement, depth, should always be considered prior to making a purchase. Quantity: 1 to 1000 bags, depending on the quantity chosen. Samples need to be added to non sample orders same size or more to be able to purchase.
