This is a Japanese made Brother gear motor, new in box, the part number is HF18R080-BPRE1NX. It works off 115 volts single phase and is rated for 1/20 hp. The ratio is 80:1 and gives 21 rpm The shaft is 1/2″ in diameter and the flange mounting holes are 3 1/4″ X 4″ on center. These were originally for continuous use in conveyors. The motor is new in the factory packaging. The wiring is pretty simple and is explained in the included manual. I have attached a picture of a working set up.
